SB547-SA1,1,5 4. Page 3, line 14: before "Except" insert: "(1) In this section:

SB547-SA1,1,9 (a) "Community-based organization" is an organization that meets the definition in s. 16.30 (1) and that is described in section 501 (c) (3) of the internal revenue code and which is exempt from taxation under section 501 (a) of the internal revenue code.

SB547-SA1,1,10 (b) "Housing authority" has the meaning given in s. 16.30 (2).

SB547-SA1,1,13 5. Page 3, line 16: delete "nonprofit corporation organized under ch. 181" and substitute: "community-based organization or a housing authority".
