11Principal repayments on loans assigned, sold or conveyed shall be repaid under this
12appropriation. The state auditor may annually audit the portfolio of student loans
13and notes thereon in the possession of the department of education higher
14educational aids board
and report his or her determination of the current condition
15of the student notes receivable portfolio to the investment board, the joint committee
16on finance, the department of education higher educational aids board and the
17department of administration.
