ASSEMBLY AMENDMENT 11, TO ASSEMBLY SUBSTITUTE AMENDMENT 1, TO 1997 ASSEMBLY BILL 100

AB100-ASA1-AA11,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB100-ASA1-AA11,1,4 1. Page 121, line 16: increase the dollar amount for fiscal year 1997-98 by $1,849,700 and increase the dollar amount for fiscal year 1998-99 by $1,849,700 to increase funding for 4-H.

AB100-ASA1-AA11,1,6 2. Page 153, line 12: delete "program fees" and substitute "MacKenzie environmental center".

AB100-ASA1-AA11,1,9 3. Page 153, line 12: increase the dollar amount for fiscal year 1997-98 by $350,000 and increase the dollar amount for fiscal year 1998-99 by $350,000 for the purpose for which the appropriation is made.

AB100-ASA1-AA11,2,16 20.370 (9) (gh) Educational programs — youth conservation; program fees. From the general fund, all moneys received under s. 23.426 to be used for the youth conservation education program.

AB100-ASA1-AA11,3,4 20.370 (9) (gi) Educational programs — youth fish and game; program fees. From the general fund, all moneys received under s. 23.427 to be used for the youth fish and game education program.".

The department may charge the participants in the program a fee to cover the costs of the program. The amount charged may not exceed the costs of conducting the program.

AB100-ASA1-AA11, s. 790r Section 790r. 23.427 of the statutes is created to read:

AB100-ASA1-AA11,3,16 23.427 Youth fish and game education program. The department shall operate an educational program to educate youth in hunting and fishing. The department may charge the participants in the program a fee to cover the costs of the program. The amount charged may not exceed the costs of conducting the program.".
