AB768-SA42,1,3 1. Page 533, line 10: after that line insert:

AB768-SA42,1,8 "(2tw) Sidewalks along STH 54 in Wood County. The department of transportation shall install sidewalks beside that portion of STH 54 between 32nd Street and 60th Street in Wood County as part of the major highway project under section 84.013 (3) (yf) of the statutes. The department of transportation may not charge any local unit of government any fee associated with the sidewalks.".
