AB768-SA6,1,2 At the locations indicated, amend the bill, as shown by assembly substitute amendment 1, as follows:

AB768-SA6,1,4 1. Page 12, line 18: after "school aid;" insert "the number of schools eligible for achievement guarantee contracts;".

AB768-SA6,1,5 2. Page 292, line 19: after that line insert:

AB768-SA6,1,7 " Section 368cd. 118.43 (2) (b) (intro.) of the statutes, as affected by 1997 Wisconsin Act 27, is amended to read:

AB768-SA6,1,11 118.43 (2) (b) (intro.) In the 1996-97 and 1998-99 school years, the school board of an eligible school district may enter into a 5-year achievement guarantee contract with the department on behalf of one school or more schools in the school district if all of the following apply:

AB768-SA6, s. 368cg Section 368cg. 118.43 (2) (c) of the statutes is repealed.

AB768-SA6, s. 368cL Section 368cL. 118.43 (2) (d) of the statutes is repealed.

AB768-SA6, s. 368cp Section 368cp. 118.43 (2) (e) of the statutes is repealed.".
