AB133-SSA1-SA6,3,119 (b) Duplicates. For purposes of this subsection, an application for a duplicate
10of an approval specified under par. (a) shall be considered an application for the
11issuance of the approval.

AB133-SSA1-SA6,3,1712 (c) Denial of approvals. 1. As provided in the memorandum of understanding
13required under s. 49.857 (2), the department shall deny an application to issue or
14renew, suspend if already issued or otherwise withhold or restrict an approval
15specified in par. (a) if the applicant for or the holder of the approval fails to display
16his or her operator's license under ch. 343 or his or her identification card under s.
17343.50.

AB133-SSA1-SA6,3,2018 2. In lieu of displaying an operator's license or an identification card as required
19under subd. 1., the applicant for or holder of the approval may provide his or her
20social security number.".

2under the system established by the department of workforce development. The
