AB495-AA1,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB495-AA1,1,2 21. Page 11, line 15: delete "employe".

AB495-AA1,1,6 32. Page 11, line 20: delete the material beginning with "his" and ending with
4"election." on line 23 and substitute "50% of his or her required and additional
5contributions made on or after the date of election credited to the variable annuity
6division.".

AB495-AA1,1,8 73. Page 12, line 14: after "(7)" insert "and any other factor specified by the
8actuary".
