(2) Duties. The district attorneys of the counties for which additional
4assistant district attorney positions are authorized under 1999 Wisconsin Act ....
5(this act), sections 24 (1) and 27 (2d), shall each assign the assistant district attorneys
6hired for those positions in his or her prosecutorial unit to perform restorative justice
7duties. An assistant district attorney assigned under this subsection to perform
8justice duties shall do all the following:".

Other restorative justice assistant district attorney positions. In the
2schedule under section 20.005 (3) of the statutes for the appropriation to the
3department of administration under section 20.475 (1) (d) of the statutes, as affected
4by the acts of 1999, the dollar amount is increased by $276,600 for fiscal year 1999-00
5and the dollar amount is increased by $553,200 for fiscal year 2000-01 to increase
6the authorized FTE positions for the department of administration by 11.5 GPR
7positions on January 1, 2000, for assistant restorative justice district attorney
8positions as follows: 1.5 positions for Dane County; 1.0 position for Manitowoc
9County; 1.0 position for Marathon County; 6.75 positions for Milwaukee County; and
101.25 positions for Winnebago County.".
