SB292-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB292-SA1,1,2 1. Page 3, line 9: after that line insert:

SB292-SA1,1,4 "(e) A county shall return all money collected under this subsection in connection with a person's confinement unless one of the following occurs:

SB292-SA1,1,6 1. The person is convicted of a crime, as defined in s. 939.12, based on the conduct that led to the person's confinement.

SB292-SA1,1,9 2. The person is charged with another crime while the criminal complaint, as described in s. 968.01 (2), based on the conduct that led to the person's confinement is pending and the person is convicted of the other crime.".
