AB555-AA4,1,9 4(1) The secretary of administration shall ensure that of the moneys lapsed to
5the general fund under 2001 Wisconsin Act 16, section 9101 (23q) (c), and transferred
6to the general fund under 2001 Wisconsin Act 16, section 9101 (23q) (d), an amount
7equal to $15,914,400 is used to offset any decrease in tax revenues deposited in the
8general fund during the 2001-03 fiscal biennium that may result from the enactment
9of this act.".
