ASSEMBLY AMENDMENT 6, TO 2001 ASSEMBLY BILL 576

AB576-AA6,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB576-AA6,1,2 1. Page 2, line 1: delete lines 1 and 2.

AB576-AA6,1,3 2. Page 3, line 1: delete lines 1 to 6.

AB576-AA6,1,4 3. Page 3, line 18: after " transfer" insert "$475,000".

AB576-AA6,1,7 4. Page 3, line 19: delete the material beginning with "in fiscal year" and ending with "s. 20.490 (7) (k)" on line 20 and substitute "within 30 days after the effective date of this paragraph .... [revisor inserts date]".

AB576-AA6,1,8 5. Page 4, line 1: delete lines 1 to 18.

AB576-AA6,1,12 6. Page 4, line 21: delete the material beginning with "The amounts" and ending with "account." on line 24 and substitute "All moneys transferred from the appropriation account under s. 20.143 (1) (c), to be transferred to the Wisconsin development reserve fund under s. 234.93.".

AB576-AA6,2,1 7. Page 5, line 1: delete lines 1 and 2.

AB576-AA6,2,2 8. Page 5, line 14: delete lines 14 and 15.

AB576-AA6,2,3 9. Page 7, line 13: after that line insert:

AB576-AA6,2,6 "(5) Publication of date federal law passes. The authority shall publish a notice in the Wisconsin Administrative Register that states the date on which the Aviation Security Act, section 1447, 107th Congress, 1st session, is enacted.".

AB576-AA6,2,8 10. Page 9, line 11: delete "In fiscal year 2001-02" and substitute "Within 30 days after the effective date of this subsection".

AB576-AA6,2,9 11. Page 9, line 14: delete lines 14 to 19 and substitute:

AB576-AA6,2,14 (1) This act takes effect on the date stated in the notice published by the Wisconsin Housing and Economic Development Authority in the Wisconsin Administrative Register under section 234.80 (5) of the statutes, as created by this act, or on the day after publication, whichever is later.".
