AB576-AA7,1,8 "(d) The authority obtains assurance from the U.S. treasury department that guaranteeing a loan under this section will not make the recipient of the loan guarantee, or any other eligible borrower under this section, ineligible to receive a federal loan or other federal aid that would otherwise be available to the recipient or other eligible borrower and will not reduce the amount of any federal loan or other federal aid that is available to the recipient or other eligible borrower.".
