ASSEMBLY AMENDMENT 20, TO 2001 ASSEMBLY RESOLUTION 3

AR3-AA20,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the resolution as follows:

AR3-AA20,1,3 1. Page 11, line 3: after "matter" insert "or for calendar scheduling of proposals".

AR3-AA20,1,4 2. Page 11, line 8: after that line insert:

AR3-AA20,1,5 " Section 11m. Assembly rule 8 (8) is created to read:

AR3-AA20,1,8 Assembly Rule 8 (8) When the committee of the whole acts as a scheduling committee for proposals, it may not act without the consent of two-thirds of the members present and voting or by unanimous consent.".
