SENATE AMENDMENT 1, TO SENATE SUBSTITUTE AMENDMENT 1, TO 2001 SENATE BILL 18

SB18-SSA1-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

SB18-SSA1-SA1,1,4 1. Page 1, line 1: after "program" insert ", requiring the department of health and family services to submit a plan to the joint committee on finance for encouraging greater participation in the health insurance premium payment program,".

SB18-SSA1-SA1,1,5 2. Page 1, line 3: delete that line and substitute:

SB18-SSA1-SA1,1,6 " Section 1g. Nonstatutory provisions.

SB18-SSA1-SA1,1,10 (1) Health insurance premium payment program. Not later than 45 days after the effective date of this subsection, the department of health and family services shall submit a plan to the joint committee on finance for encouraging greater participation in the health insurance premium payment program.
