SB413-AA1,1,2 At the locations indicated, amend the bill, as shown by senate substitute amendment 1, as follows:

SB413-AA1,1,3 1. Page 9, line 13: after that line insert:

SB413-AA1,1,4 "(h) The person has not been convicted of any of the following:

SB413-AA1,1,6 1. An offense under s. 940.22, 940.225, 944.15, 944.17, 944.30, 944.31, 944.32, 944.33, 944.34, 948.02, 948.025, 948.08, 948.09, 948.095, or 948.10.

SB413-AA1,1,8 2. An offense under federal law or a law of any other state that is comparable to an offense under subd. 1.".

SB413-AA1,1,9 2. Page 10, line 19: after that line insert:

SB413-AA1,1,10 "(e) That the person has not been convicted of any of the following:

SB413-AA1,1,12 1. An offense under s. 940.22, 940.225, 944.15, 944.17, 944.30, 944.31, 944.32, 944.33, 944.34, 948.02, 948.025, 948.08, 948.09, 948.095, or 948.10.

SB413-AA1,2,7 "(2m) Subject to the rules promulgated under s. 440.03 (1), the department shall revoke a certificate under this chapter if the certificate holder is convicted of any of the following:

SB413-AA1,2,9 (a) An offense under s. 940.22, 940.225, 944.15, 944.17, 944.30, 944.31, 944.32, 944.33, 944.34, 948.02, 948.025, 948.08, 948.09, 948.095, or 948.10.

SB413-AA1,2,11 (b) An offense under federal law or a law of any other state that is comparable to an offense under par. (a).".
