21amounts thereof upon the tax rolls for collection. When the taxes are collected, such
22amounts shall be paid by the treasurer of each city, village and town to the district
23board treasurer.

5The referendum shall be held at the next succeeding spring primary or election or

9referendum and submit a copy of the resolution to the board. The district board
