SB55-ASA1-AA38,1,2 21. Page 932, line 23: after that line insert:
SB55-ASA1-AA38,1,3 3" Section 2798w. 121.91 (4) (k) of the statutes is created to read:
SB55-ASA1-AA38,1,74 121.91 (4) (k) The limit otherwise applicable under sub. (2m) to a school district
5that is at least 275 square miles in area and in which the number of pupils enrolled
6in the 2000-01 school year was less than 450 is increased for the 2001-02 school year
7by the following amount:
SB55-ASA1-AA38,1,108 1. If the number of pupils enrolled in the school district declined between the
91996-97 school year and the 2000-01 school year, but the decline was less than 10%,
10$100,000.
SB55-ASA1-AA38,1,1211 2. If the decline in the number of pupils enrolled between the 1996-97 school
12year and the 2000-01 school year was at least 10% but not more than 20%, $175,000.

13. If the decline in the number of pupils enrolled between the 1996-97 school
