11the effective date of this subsection.
SB55-SSA1,1416,14 12(7) Concurrent and consecutive sentences. The treatment of section 973.15
13(2m) of the statutes first applies to persons sentenced for crimes committed on the
14effective date of this subsection.
SB55-SSA1,1416,17 15(9) Register of deeds; fees to certify copies. The treatment of section 59.43
16(2) (b) of the statutes first applies to copies that are certified on the effective date of
17this subsection.
SB55-SSA1,1416,22 18(9w) Annexations involving town islands. The renumbering and amendment
19of section 66.0221 of the statutes and the creation of section 66.0221 (2) of the
20statutes first apply retroactively to annexation ordinances enacted by a city or
21village before the effective date of this subsection that have not been overturned by
22a court order.
SB55-SSA1,1416,25 23(10b) Retainage amount on public works contracts. The treatment of sections
2416.855 (19) and 66.0901 (9) (b) of the statutes first applies with respect to contracts
25entered into on the effective date of this subsection.
