20plan within 14 working days after the date of the submittal, the department of

6government, the environment, transportation program users, persons with
7disabilities, and private businesses; to assess potential future long-range funding

9to develop a recommended multiprogram state surface transportation investment
10plan, including funding; and to prepare a report containing the committee's
11evaluation, findings, and recommendations. Not later than October 15, 2002, the

5onto USH 51. The project shall also include installation of any traffic control signals
6necessary to allow traffic traveling west on Rieder Road to turn onto southbound
7USH 51 without requiring southbound traffic on USH 51 to stop.".
