AB1-AA3,1,2 1. Page 6, line 17: after that line insert:

AB1-AA3,1,3 " Section 8d. 19.536 of the statutes is created to read:

AB1-AA3,1,6 19.536 Attorney fees and costs. No public moneys may be expended under any law or resolution to provide representation or to pay the attorney fees or costs of any state public official who is accused of a violation of s. 19.45 (13).".

AB1-AA3,1,7 2. Page 8, line 18: after that line insert:

AB1-AA3,1,8 " Section 13d. 19.59 (8) (co) of the statutes is created to read:

AB1-AA3,1,11 19.59 (8) (co) No public moneys may be expended under any law, ordinance, or resolution to provide representation or to pay the attorney fees or costs of any local public official who is accused of a violation of sub. (1) (br).".
