AB178-AA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB178-AA2,1,2 1. Page 6, line 13: after "(b)" insert "1.".

AB178-AA2,1,3 2. Page 6, line 16: after that line insert:

AB178-AA2,1,7 "2. Except as provided in subd. 1., if the balance of the general fund on June 30 of the fiscal year is less than the amount of the general fund balance that is required under s. 20.003 (4) for that fiscal year, the secretary shall transfer the entire balance of the general fund under par. (a), unless the balance is negative.".

AB178-AA2,1,8 3. Page 6, line 25: after that line insert:

AB178-AA2,1,12 "3.
