SENATE AMENDMENT 1, TO 2003 SENATE BILL 170

SB170-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB170-SA1,1,2 1. Page 1, line 11: after "headquarters" insert "and museum".

SB170-SA1,1,3 2. Page 4, line 24: delete that line.

SB170-SA1,1,4 3. Page 5, line 1: delete lines 1 to 14.

SB170-SA1,1,5 4. Page 7, line 4: after " headquarters" insert "and museum".

SB170-SA1,1,6 5. Page 7, line 5: after "headquarters" insert "and museum".

SB170-SA1,1,12 6. Page 7, line 10: delete that line and substitute "the department, to a county veterans' service officer, or to any qualified representative approved by the department. The department shall promulgate rules establishing the qualifications for those representatives, the approved places of submission for applications, and other administrative matters necessary to ensure efficient delivery of departmental services.".
