4$419,200 and increase the dollar amount for fiscal year 2004-05 by $410,700 for the
5purpose of restoring the amount of the enrollment fee for the prescription drug
6assistance program under section 49.688 (3) (a) of the statutes to the amount
7specified under section 49.688 (3) (a), 2001 stats.
