SB44-SSA1-SA22,4,20 20.435 (5) (b) Annual Tobacco control; annual transfer from general fund. Annually, beginning on June 15, 2004, a sum sufficient to be transferred from the general fund to the tobacco control fund equal to $25,000,000 $15,345,100, less the amount transferred to the tobacco control fund from the permanent endowment fund under s. 13.101 (16) (b) in that fiscal year.

SB44-SSA1-SA22, s. 479bj Section 479bj. 20.436 (1) (g) of the statutes is renumbered 20.435 (5) (g) and amended to read:

SB44-SSA1-SA22,5,3 20.435 (5) (g) Gifts Tobacco control; gifts and grants. All moneys received from gifts, grants, and donations for the purposes specified under s. 255.15 to be used for those purposes.
