AB1186-SA1,1,2 21. Page 163, line 17: delete lines 17 to 19 and substitute:

AB1186-SA1,1,3 3" Section 114m. Nonstatutory provisions.

AB1186-SA1,1,7 4(1) Not later than July 1, 2007, the department of commerce shall submit to the
5legislature under section 13.172 (2) of the statutes a report analyzing the effect that
6this act will have on the business community in this state, on the creation and growth
7of businesses in this state, and on the economy of this state in general.

AB1186-SA1, s. 115m 8Section 115m. Effective dates. This act takes effect on January 1, 2008,
9except as follows:

AB1186-SA1,1,10 10(1) Section 114m of this act takes effect on the day after publication.".
