6participate in an activity specified in sub. (1r) (b) 1. to 8., to post a notice described

17physician posts at his or her place of employment in a location that is conspicuous
18to patients a notice that states that the physician refuses to participate in a practice
19within the scope of his or her license that is related to an activity specified in par. (am)
201. to 8. and that describes the practice that is related to the activity. An employer of
21a physician, or an owner or operator of a physician's place of employment, may not
22prohibit a physician from posting a notice under this paragraph.".

(4) Subsections (2) and (3) (a) do not apply to a person licensed as a pharmacist
7under this chapter unless the person posts at his or her place of employment in a
8location that is conspicuous to patients a notice that states that the pharmacist
9refuses to participate in a practice of pharmacy that is related to an activity specified
10in sub. (2) (a) to (h) and that describes the practice that is related to the activity. An
11employer of a pharmacist, or an owner or operator of a pharmacist's place of
12employment, may not prohibit a pharmacist from posting a notice under this
13subsection.".
