AB414-SA1-SA1,1,2 1. Page 1, line 6: delete lines 6 to 12 and substitute:

AB414-SA1-SA1,1,9 "2. Each provision of a city, village, town, or county ordinance or resolution that regulates smoking and that is in effect on the effective date of this subdivision .... [revisor inserts date], remains in effect to the extent that the provision is as strict as, or is stricter than, the corresponding provision in this section. If the city, village, town, or county amends the ordinance or resolution, or a portion of that ordinance or resolution, after the effective date of this subdivision .... [revisor inserts date], the amendment shall be at least as strict as the corresponding provision in this section.".
