AB778-AA1,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB778-AA1,1,3 21. Page 2, line 3: delete the material beginning with "Definition" and ending
3with "person" and substitute "Definitions. In this section:".

AB778-AA1,1,4 42. Page 2, line 4: delete that line and substitute:

AB778-AA1,1,6 5"(a) "Claimant" means a person seeking damages or other relief for injury or
6harm to a person or property caused by".

AB778-AA1,1,7 73. Page 2, line 5: after that line insert:

AB778-AA1,1,10 8"(b) "Relevant production period" means the time period during which the
9specific product that allegedly caused the claimant's injury or harm was
10manufactured, distributed, sold, or promoted.".

AB778-AA1,1,11 114. Page 4, line 7: delete lines 7 and 8 and substitute:

AB778-AA1,2,2

1"(bm) The claimant has not established that the relevant production period was
2less than 5 years.".
