11104.04 Classifications; department's authority. The department shall
12investigate, ascertain, determine
, and fix such reasonable classifications, and shall
13impose general or special orders, determining the
living-wage living wage, and shall
14carry out the purposes of

22written statement of the terms of the community service order and that the
