SENATE AMENDMENT 1, TO 2005 SENATE BILL 124

SB124-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB124-SA1,1,2 1. Page 2, line 7: delete "A town" and substitute "(a) A town".

SB124-SA1,1,3 2. Page 3, line 1: delete "(a)" and substitute "1.".

SB124-SA1,1,4 3. Page 3, line 4: delete "(b)" and substitute "2.".

SB124-SA1,1,5 4. Page 3, line 6: after that line insert:

SB124-SA1,1,7 "(b) Along with the application that is filed under sub. (5) (b), a town shall include a copy of the cooperative plan to which it is a party.".
