SB147-SSA3-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

SB147-SSA3-SA1,1,2 1. Page 8, line 2: delete lines 2 to 24 and substitute:

SB147-SSA3-SA1,1,8 "104.001 Preemptive effect of statewide minimum wage. (1) A city, village, town, or county may not enact an ordinance establishing a minimum wage that is above the statewide minimum wage. Any city, village, town or county minimum wage ordinance that is in effect on the effective date of this subsection and that establishes a minimum wage that is above the statewide minimum wage, shall be void.

SB147-SSA3-SA1,2,2 (2) This section, and the rules promulgated under this chapter establishing a statewide minimum wage, do not affect any city, village, town or county living wage ordinances that make contracting with a city, village, town or county contingent upon paying a living wage that is greater than the statewide minimum wage.".
