SB403-AA6,1,2 At the locations indicated, amend the bill, as shown by senate substitute amendment 2, as follows:

SB403-AA6,1,4 1. Page 14, line 22: delete "subs. (2g) (b) and (12g) (a) 2." and substitute "sub. (2g) (b)".

SB403-AA6,1,6 2. Page 37, line 13: delete the material beginning with "under" and ending with "(4)" on line 14.

SB403-AA6,1,9 3. Page 37, line 15: delete the material beginning with "may not" and ending with "2." on page 38, line 4, and substitute "may obtain information maintained by the department under par. (a) concerning a specific licensee.".

SB403-AA6,1,12 4. Page 38, line 12: delete the material beginning with ", but only" and ending with "(ar)" on line 22 and substitute "if the law enforcement agency requests the information".

SB403-AA6,1,13 5. Page 48, line 12: delete lines 12 and 13.

SB403-AA6,2,1 6. Page 51, line 7: delete lines 7 to 9.
