SB403-AA7,1,3 1. Page 7, line 25: after that line insert:

SB403-AA7,1,10 "(c) Promulgate rules that establish, for a person who is issued a license under s. 175.50, continuing training requirements on topics specified in s. 175.50 (3m) (a) 1. to 7., a process for tracking compliance with the requirements, and a process for license suspension or revocation under s. 175.50 (14) for noncompliance with the requirements. The continuing training requirements shall be similar to the continuing training requirements of county sheriffs, as determined by the department.".
