TO 2005 SENATE BILL 552

SB552-SA1,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:
SB552-SA1,1,2 21. Page 2, line 1: delete that line and substitute:
SB552-SA1,1,4 3" Section 1m. 49.45 (24r) of the statutes is renumbered 49.45 (24r) (a) and
4amended to read:".
SB552-SA1,1,5 52. Page 2, line 2: after " project." insert "(a)".
SB552-SA1,1,7 63. Page 2, line 6: delete "between the ages of 15 18 and 44" and substitute
7"between the ages of 15 and 44, subject to pars. (b) and (c),".
SB552-SA1,1,8 84. Page 2, line 9: after that line insert:
SB552-SA1,1,9 9" Section 2m. 49.45 (24r) (b) of the statutes is created to read:
SB552-SA1,2,310 49.45 (24r) (b) By May 1, 2006, the department shall seek approval from the
11federal centers for medicare and medicaid services of an amendment to the waiver
12specified in par. (a) and, if necessary, approval of a revised budget neutrality
13determination, to implement provision of family planning services under par. (a) only

1to eligible women between the ages of 18 and 44. If the department receives this
2approval, the department shall provide the family planning services only to those
3women, beginning on the date that the approval is made.
SB552-SA1, s. 3m 4Section 3m. 49.45 (24r) (c) of the statutes is created to read:
SB552-SA1,2,95 49.45 (24r) (c) If the department does not receive approval of an amendment
