AB3-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB3-AA1,1,2 1. Page 2, line 15: after "may" insert "intentionally".

AB3-AA1,1,6 2. Page 3, line 11: delete the material beginning with "phosphorus," and ending with "purposes:" on line 12 and substitute "phosphorus if the person knows that the purchaser intends to use the fertilizer for a purpose other than one of the following:".
