(a) The unencumbered balance in the appropriation to the public service
9commission under section 20.155 (3) (s) of the statutes, as affected by this act, is
10transferred to the appropriation account under section 20.155 (1) (g) of the statutes.

(b) In the schedule under section 20.005 (3) of the statutes for the appropriation
12to the public service commission under section 20.155 (1) (g) of the statutes, as
13affected by the acts of 2009, the dollar amount is increased by $451,700 for the second
14fiscal year of the fiscal biennium in which this subsection takes effect to fund the
15positions transferred under section 9141 (6c) of this act.".
