AB75-ASA1-AA115,1,3 " Section 1486n. 66.0903 (13) of the statutes is created to read:

AB75-ASA1-AA115,1,11 66.0903 (13) Suspension of prevailing wage. The secretary of commerce may suspend the operation of this section upon a finding that the suspension is necessary in light of the economic conditions in this state or that the suspension is necessary to aid in the economic development of this state, including to aid in job creation, job retention, and job expansion in this state. If the secretary of commerce suspends the operation of this section, he or she shall publish a class 1 notice, under ch. 985, of the suspension in the official state newspaper and give any other notice that he or she considers appropriate.".
