AB75-ASA1-AA115,1,3 3" Section 1486n. 66.0903 (13) of the statutes is created to read:
AB75-ASA1-AA115,1,114 66.0903 (13) Suspension of prevailing wage. The secretary of commerce may
5suspend the operation of this section upon a finding that the suspension is necessary
6in light of the economic conditions in this state or that the suspension is necessary
7to aid in the economic development of this state, including to aid in job creation, job
8retention, and job expansion in this state. If the secretary of commerce suspends the
9operation of this section, he or she shall publish a class 1 notice, under ch. 985, of the
10suspension in the official state newspaper and give any other notice that he or she
11considers appropriate.".

10project entered into, or extended, modified, or renewed, on the effective date of this
11subsection.".
