SB434-ASA1,1,1 An Act relating to: a study of issues related to the sale of unpasteurized milk.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:

SB434-ASA1, s. 1 Section 1. Nonstatutory provisions.

SB434-ASA1,1,7 (1) Study of sale of unpasteurized milk. The joint legislative council shall conduct a study of issues related to the sale of unpasteurized milk for human consumption. The joint legislative council shall report its findings, conclusions, and recommendations to the appropriate standing committees of the legislature, in the manner provided under section 13.172 (3) of the statutes, by July 1, 2011.
