SENATE AMENDMENT 1, TO 2009 SENATE BILL 62

SB62-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB62-SA1,1,2 1. Page 249, line 14: delete "to 7." and substitute "to 6.".

SB62-SA1,1,3 2. Page 250, line 10: delete "and 8." and substitute ", 8. and 9.".

SB62-SA1,1,4 3. Page 250, line 20: after that line insert:

SB62-SA1,1,6 "9. The department of veterans affairs when administering the veterans housing loan program under subch. III of ch. 45.".

SB62-SA1,1,7 4. Page 251, line 17: after that line insert:

SB62-SA1,1,10 "4. An employee of the department of veterans affairs when engaged in duties related to administering the veterans housing loan program under subch. III of ch. 45.".

SB62-SA1,1,12 5. Page 375, line 14: delete the material beginning with "may" and ending with "cochairpersons" on line 16.

All materials prepared for the joint committee on finance by the department of administration and the legislative fiscal bureau relating to the expenditure of federal economic stimulus funds under a plan or plans submitted by the governor shall be provided to members of the joint committee on finance and posted on the legislative fiscal bureau Web site at least 48 hours before the commencement of a meeting of the joint committee on finance under this subsection.".
