SB640-SSA1-SA2,1,4 1. Page 28, line 3: after "eligible." insert "The board shall not delegate its responsibilities under this subsection to any local election official without his or her consent.".

SB640-SSA1-SA2,1,7 2. Page 30, line 16: after "registration." insert "The board shall not delegate its responsibilities under this subsection to any local election official without his or her consent.".
