6property, other than money, uncalled for at a state correctional institution for one
7year, the superintendent shall sell the property, subject to s. 20.932, and deposit the
8proceeds in the general fund, donate the property to a public agency or private,
9nonprofit organization or destroy the property. If any person satisfies the
10department, within 5 years after the deposit, of his or her right to the deposit, the
11department shall direct the department of administration to draw its warrant in
12favor of the claimant and it shall charge the same to the appropriation made by s.

5speaker of the assembly, the president of the senate and to the appropriate standing
6committees under s. 13.172 (3) that summarizes how much money was received in
7the previous year and how that money was distributed.
AB40-SA4,42,9 8(3) Rules. The department authority shall promulgate adopt rules
9establishing procedures and eligibility criteria for grants under this section.
