SB306-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB306-AA1,1,3 1. Page 1, line 7: after "procedures," insert "prescribing medication to treat erectile dysfunction,".

SB306-AA1,1,4 2. Page 3, line 1: before that line insert:

SB306-AA1,1,5 " Section 1g. 146.355 of the statutes is created to read:

SB306-AA1,1,8 146.355 Prescription of erectile dysfunction medication. No person may prescribe for a man a medication to treat erectile dysfunction unless a physician performs a rectal examination and a cardiac stress test on the man.".

SB306-AA1,1,9 3. Page 3, line 1: delete " Section 1" and substitute "Section 1m".
