(16) An employee or a contractor of a provider of broadcast service as
5defined in s. 196.01 (1m), provider of cable service as defined in s. 196.01 (1p),
6provider of video service as defined in s. 196.01 (12g), or provider of
7telecommunications service as defined in s. 196.01 (9m), who is engaged in services
8described in s. 443.01 (6s) (a) 3., including preparing maps and performing
9construction or geodetic surveying in connection with the provision of broadcast,
10cable, video, or telecommunications service.

(17) An employee or a contractor of a public utility as defined in s. 196.01
13(5) or a cooperative association organized under ch. 185 for the purpose of producing
1or furnishing heat, light, power, or water to its members only who is engaged in
2services described in s. 443.01 (6s) (a) 3., including preparing maps and performing
3construction or geodetic surveying, in connection with the provision of public utility
4services or the production or furnishing of heat, light, power, or water for members
5of the cooperative association, respectively.".
