SENATE AMENDMENT 7, TO SENATE SUBSTITUTE AMENDMENT 2, TO 2011 SENATE BILL 93

SB93-SSA2-SA7,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

SB93-SSA2-SA7,1,3 1. Page 26, line 20: delete the material beginning with ", by mail" and ending with "by the department," on line 21 and substitute "in person".

SB93-SSA2-SA7,1,4 2. Page 27, line 5: after that line insert:

SB93-SSA2-SA7,1,8 "(dm) A copy of his or her photographic identification card that indicates that he or she is a resident of Wisconsin. The employee of the department who accepts the application shall verify that the applicant reasonably resembles the picture on the photographic identification card.".

SB93-SSA2-SA7,1,10 3. Page 31, line 5: delete "Subject to par. (b) 1. b." and substitute "Except as provided in pars. (b) and (c)".

SB93-SSA2-SA7,1,11 4. Page 31, line 8: after that line insert:

SB93-SSA2-SA7,2,2 "(b) The department shall provide a law enforcement agency access to the records the department maintains under par. (a).

SB93-SSA2-SA7,2,4 (c) All records or portions of records that the department maintains under par. (a) are subject to inspection and copying under s. 19.35 (1).".

SB93-SSA2-SA7,2,6 5. Page 31, line 9: delete the material beginning with that line and ending with page 33, line 4.

SB93-SSA2-SA7,2,7 6. Page 39, line 8: delete lines 8 to 14.
