AB1-AA3,1,2 21. Page 17, line 22: after "Carry-backs." insert:

AB1-AA3,1,4 42. Page 17, line 22: delete "treatment of section 71.52 (6) of the statutes, the".

AB1-AA3,1,5 53. Page 17, line 23: delete "statutes," and substitute "statutes".

AB1-AA3,1,6 64. Page 17, line 24: after that line insert:

AB1-AA3,1,8 7"(am) The treatment of section 71.52 (6) of the statutes first applies
8retroactively to taxable years beginning on January 1, 2012.".

AB1-AA3,1,9 95. Page 18, line 17: after that line insert:
