AB228-AA3,1,2 1. Page 14, line 4: after that line insert:

AB228-AA3,1,3 " Section 32g. 238.02 (3) of the statutes is amended to read:

AB228-AA3,1,9 238.02 (3) A chief executive officer shall be nominated by the governor, and with the advice and consent of the senate appointed by the board, to serve at the pleasure of the governor board. The board may delegate to the chief executive officer any powers and duties the board considers proper, except any power to appoint or terminate the employment of any executive employee of the corporation. The chief executive officer shall receive such compensation as may be determined by the board.

AB228-AA3,32r Section 32r. 238.02 (4) of the statutes is amended to read:

AB228-AA3,2,2 238.02 (4) All powers and duties assigned to the corporation under this chapter shall be exercised or carried out by the board, unless the board delegates the power or duty to an employee of the corporation. The board may not delegate to an employee of the corporation any power to appoint or terminate the employment of any executive employee of the corporation.".
