9reinstatement application, and pay twice the amount of the
applicable license

as specified by rule. The reinstatement is effective on the date on which
11the commissioner actually reinstates the license. If the intermediary
or navigator 12is also a resident who is required to complete continuing education
or annual
13training, the intermediary
or navigator must have satisfied all previous continuing
14education
or annual training requirements to have his or her license reinstated
15under this paragraph.
