13as the legislative reference bureau determines.
AB40-ASA1,434,2514 (b) Except as otherwise provided in s. 227.21 (2), the legislative reference
15bureau shall include in the Wisconsin administrative code published under par. (a)
16all permanent rules in force, except that the legislative reference bureau may omit
17tables and graphic images from publication in a particular electronic file format if
18the legislative reference bureau determines that the tables and graphic images are
19incompatible with that electronic file format. If the legislative reference bureau
20omits tables or graphics under this paragraph, the legislative reference bureau shall
21insert a note following the affected provision identifying the omission and providing
22a hypertext link providing electronic access to the table or graphic image. The
23legislative reference bureau shall at all times publish the administrative code on the
24Internet in at least one electronic file format that allows for publication of all tables
25and graphic images contained in the administrative code.

20grant easements and enjoy any lands, buildings, books, records and all other
21property of any nature which may be necessary and required for the purposes, objects
22and uses of the system authorized by law. Any lease by the board is subject to the
23powers of the University of Wisconsin Hospitals and Clinics Authority under s.
24233.03 (13) and the rights of the authority under any lease agreement, as defined in
25s. 233.01 (6). The board shall not permit a facility that would be privately owned or

1operated to be constructed on state-owned land without obtaining prior approval of
2the building commission under s. 13.48 (12). The Subject to prior action under s.
313.48 (14) (am) or 16.848 (1), the
board may sell or dispose of such property as
4provided by law, or any part thereof when in its judgment it is for the best interests
5of the system and the state. All purchases and sales of real property shall be subject
6to the approval of the building commission. The provision of all leases of real
7property to be occupied by the board shall be the responsibility of the department of
8administration under s. 16.84 (5).

14negotiate and enter into a lease agreement with the University of Wisconsin
15Hospitals and Clinics Authority that meets the requirements under s. 233.04 (7) and
16shall comply with s. 233.04 (7g).

6achieved permanent status in class on that date, shall retain, while serving in the
7positions in the system, those protections afforded employees in the classified service
8under ss. 230.34 (1) (a) and 230.44 (1) (c) relating to demotion, suspension, discharge,
9layoff, or reduction in base pay. Such employees shall also have reinstatement
10privileges to the classified service as provided under s. 230.31 (1). System employees
11holding positions in the classified service on June 30, 2013 2015, who have not
12achieved permanent status in class on that date are eligible to receive the
13protections, privileges, and rights preserved under this subsection if they
14successfully complete service equivalent to the probationary period required in the
15classified service for the positions which they hold on that date.
