SENATE AMENDMENT 1, TO SENATE BILL 457

SB457-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB457-SA1,1,3 1. Page 3, line 18: delete "all transactions" and substitute "the listing agreement that is".

SB457-SA1,1,5 2. Page 3, line 18: after "agreement." insert "Each cooperative agreement may cover only one listing agreement.".

SB457-SA1,1,7 3. Page 6, line 18: delete "fined not more than $5,000 for each violation." and substitute "fined, for each violation, not more than the greater of the following:

SB457-SA1,1,8 1. Five thousand dollars.

SB457-SA1,1,10 2. For a sales transaction, 1 percent of the purchase price of the property subject to the cooperative agreement.

SB457-SA1,1,12 3. For a lease or rental transaction, 1 percent of the total lease or rental value of the property subject to the cooperative agreement.".
